To better respond to the day to day maintenance needs of our clients, Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate began an “on site” employee program in 1992. The program demonstrated an effective way to handle the date-to-day maintenance needs of the properties managed by Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate. This program evolved and became the foundation of a new affiliate company, HL Construction, which was formed in 2001.
Collectively our team has over 200 years of experience. We maintain a high standard of service and this has been the cornerstone of our success. Many of our clients keep coming back to us and use our services in various projects. This is a testament to our collaborative process and the quality of service we provide.

Dennis L. Richardson
Dennis has been with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate for 19 years. He was selected to serve as President of HL Construction in January of 2020 and will also continue to serve as President of HL Development. Dennis’ responsibilities include supervising, directing, and managing design and construction activities of over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial properties. His 49 years of experience managing public and private development projects makes him uniquely qualified to bring projects to fruition with a clear understanding of what makes private and public ventures work. From the largest of projects to the smallest, he applies the same level of detail and care producing the best possible design or construction solution possible. Dennis also manages a staff of sixteen professionals who specialize in building construction and property site maintenance for both Harvey Lindsay customers as well as outside companies.
